Court shoes ARE required to play pickleball at relish

  • Players must wear non-marking tennis shoes appropriate for our courts.

  • Inappropriate footwear will not be allowed. You will be asked to leave if the courts are being marked or damaged by your shoes, and we will not be able to give you a refund.

  • Shoes that are not allowed include:

    • boots or hiking shoes

    • converse shoes

    • sandals

    • heels

    • crocs

    • dirty, muddy, sticky, sandy shoes of any kind

cancellation Policy

Court Reservations | Open Play | Clinics | Lessons

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reservation will receive full account credit.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are not eligible for a refund or account credit AND the customer will be charged the full event fee. This policy applies to all members, including All Access and Core Access. A “no-show” will result in being charged the full court reservation and/or event fee, including for open play.

  • The exception: if the customer finds a substitute for an open play within 24 hours of the session, we will provide a refund or account credit. Note the substitute must call the Pro Shop at (720) 436-2739 to confirm.

Relish-Hosted EventS

Occasionally, clinics and open play do not meet the minimum 3 person requirement, If this happens, Relish will cancel the event 24 hours in advance due to low numbers, and we will credit your account. If you prefer a refund to your payment method, please contact proshop@VisitRelish.com.

private group EventS

If you reserve courts beyond your membership’s regular booking window, our cancellation policy applies as follows:

  • 11+ days in advance: Full refund

  • Fewer than 11 days: No refund
