ArepasCO is a story of friendship, flavor, and roots.

Loirissell Agüero and Betzy Rincón are the founders of this dream, born during the height of the pandemic and transformed into a symbol of resilience, flavor, and Venezuelan pride. Friends since their early days in Venezuela, they each emigrated to Colorado with their families and after years of working in various jobs as immigrants, decided to join forces and build something of their own.

Driven by love for their culture and a deep passion for homemade cooking, they launched a food truck that has become much more than just a place to eat—it’s a space where identity, tradition, and community are served in every dish. Now, ArepasCO is also expanding into Relish, a new home that allows them to continue growing and sharing their sazón straight from the heart.
