cancellation Policy

Court Reservations | Open Play | Clinics | Lessons

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reservation will receive full account credit.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are not eligible for a refund or account credit AND the customer will be charged the full reservation or event fee. This policy applies to all members, including All Access and Core Access. A “no-show” will result in being charged the full court reservation and/or event fee, including for open play.

• The exception: if the customer finds a substitute within 24 hours of any reservation, we will provide a refund or account credit. The substitute must contact the Pro Shop at (720) 436-2739 or proshop@visitrelish.com. We appreciate your help as we strive to maintain the perfect number for our programming, so that all players can participate the entire session.

• Relish allows a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, however, it will count as a “no-show.” 3+ no-shows may result in suspension from programming such as open plays, clinics, or other.

Relish-Hosted EventS

Occasionally, clinics and open play do not meet the minimum 3 person requirement, If this happens, Relish will cancel the event 24 hours in advance due to low numbers, and we will credit your account. If you prefer a refund to your payment method, please contact proshop@VisitRelish.com.

private group EventS

If you reserve courts beyond your membership’s regular booking window, our cancellation policy applies as follows:

• 11+ days in advance: Full refund

• Fewer than 11 days: No refund
