Graham and Emily Smith, the husband-and-wife team behind the SoupSmith and Salt & Vinegar concepts, live in Louisville with their two children, ages 12 and 9. Both proud CU Boulder alumni, Emily is from Colorado, with roots in both the Western Slope and the Front Range.  Graham, a New Englander, came to Boulder for college and never looked back. The couple met over twenty years ago in Boulder’s vibrant restaurant scene and have maintained a deep passion for food and hospitality. After building careers in the corporate and legal worlds, they returned to their roots in the restaurant industry.  Emily and Graham are thrilled to open two restaurants in the town they love, serving friends, family, and neighbors delicious food—with a smile.
